It is not enough for Joan and Fred to be leaders in their field of real estate. They feel a true commitment to the community they serve. Over the years they have been involved in many local charities and events. Not only has this given them a sense of community and a tremendously good feeling of helping those out less fortunate than themselves, but also has given them contacts whereby other professional people in the area are able to help out each other as well. As a byproduct of their networking, Joan and Fred have learned about new community developments, future planning and realty developments, and where they could best serve the needs of Camarillo and their clients.Below are just a few letters of appreciation for their fine efforts. This web site developer had to fight for them to even let me mention these few, as they do their charitable works without regard for public reward; their reward is far less tangible and far more uplifting.
